Awesome Password Generator is a simple app to use. Choose how long you want password to be and whether you want capitalization, numbers, and symbols. You are then given a rating on how secure your password is. Users can even define a character set to make the password more memorable.

One thing that Awesome Password Generator is sorely missing is any type of database. While Awesome Password Generator can generate passwords in bulk, there's no way to keep track of which passwords you've used and for what. You'll have to make your own database with something like Microsoft Excel. If you do take this route, make sure to encrypt the file with something like TrueCrypt to prevent someone gaining access to all of your passwords.

While Awesome Password Generator is great at generating strong passwords and in bulk, its lack of any database features makes it hard to recommend over complete solutions like LastPass and 1Password.
