Billet: The new electronic payment method in the Dominican Republic

Billet is a new electronic payment method developed by Tu Pana S.A. and launched by the BHD financial center. The app offers a variety of features that allow users to transfer money in real-time, pay for delivery and transportation services, subscribe to their favorite apps, and make purchases both locally and internationally with the Billet Visa card. Additionally, merchants can receive payments through a Billet code or QR using a mobile point-of-sale (mPOS) system.

One of the app's main features is the ability to pay bills for services such as phone, water, electricity, and university fees, as well as subscribe to various apps. Users can also access a virtual Billet Visa card for purchases in physical stores or online. The app's quiosks, located in strategic areas such as metro stations and shopping malls, make it easy to recharge accounts.
